What do we do?Research and analysis.

We do science-based analytical intelligence. In plain words: research, done properly, and the thinking that turns it into an answer you can act on. Facts underneath everything, uncertainty quantified, sources named. The material is public and the tools are everyone's; what makes a workshop unique is its methodology, and we take real pride in ours.

What we are asked for.

  1. Data bags and creative briefs

A data bag is our house artifact: the verified, source-named fact base for one piece of work, packaged so the next person can use it without us. On top of it we write creative briefs your agency or your own team can execute directly.

  2. Competition intelligence

Who you are really up against: deep competitor analysis, a standing watch on your market, and the out-of-the-box signals worth acting on now, each one with its reason and its date attached.

  3. The public voice

Contextual data collection: what is actually being said in public about you, your market or your question, gathered where it is said and kept with the context it was said in, who spoke, when, and in answer to what. Read as evidence, not as a sentiment score, so no number loses the sentence it came from.

  4. Digital asset requirements

Requirements for any digital asset, a website, a piece of software, a brand and what it owns, set from research rather than taste: what it must do, for whom, measured how. Your designer or developer builds on ground, not on opinion.

  5. Campaigns

One field, four moments: planned against evidence, benchmarked against the market, watched while running, and measured honestly afterwards, what actually happened against what was promised.

  6. Cross-border research

The fact base across borders: how things actually stand in another jurisdiction, registers, rules and practice, delivered as a data-bagged report with every source named. The judgment stays yours; the research does not have to.

Every research commission closes the same way: an analysis with recommendations you can act on, the measurements to track, and the outcome to expect. Every finding names its source, so you can check any line without us.
